If customer have the design artwork, below custom process for your ref:

Clients confirm all details to us (including bag shape, materials and thickness, printing, order qtys) → Clients send us their own design artwork-→ We work out final design artwork proof for clients→ Clients confirm artwork proof→ Client arrange payment→ we schedule production for clients.

If customer have no design artwork, but have sample, below custom process for your ref:

Clients' sample need to be sent to our engineer → then they will gauge dimensions, and work out

Design for clients→ clients confirm the details → Clients make payment→ Schedule production.
